    Chiron Technology Services, Inc. currently has a SIGDEV Analyst I career opportunity in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. United States Citizenship and an active TS/SCI w/Polygraph Clearance are required for this position.



    Support targeting operations and respond to and process time-sensitive client requests for system accounts, data requests, technical assistance, and targeting support. Review client data collection requests for compliance with policies and legal authorities. Define and develop data collection signatures to be applied and implemented in mission system configurations. Review and analyze targeting services offered by mission systems, existing authorities, current processes for data selection, review and approval operations, and propose process improvements and system requirements to improve mission performance and compliance with legal authorities. Work with system developers, clients, and management to provide system upgrades feedback and requirements. Develop mission tool data interface configurations and scripts in accordance with approved client data requests. Help define mission scenarios and help plan and execute user testing for mission systems.



    • 5+ years of experience in government contracting.
    • 3+ years of experience with supporting the intelligence community. 
    • 3+ years of experience in software development or scripting in Java and one or more of the following shell scripting languages, including Perl, BASH, or Python and technical training or college course work. 
    • 3+ years of experience with a Linux operating system and technical training or college course work. 
    • Experience in defining and developing data collection solutions implemented in mission systems and defining, developing, writing, and tracking system and software level requirements for systems or software.
    • Experience in working with SIGINT data classifications and legal authorities and how these impact legal compliance and oversight activities and responsibilities. 
    • Experience in developing, defining, and documenting processes and procedures in work products, including standard operating procedures, process flow diagrams, use cases or user stories, user manual, or user training instructions. 
    • Knowledge of SIGINT site assignments.  


    • 1+ years of experience with the C++ programming language and technical training or college course work 
    • Experience with providing one-on-one mentoring or training or small group training
