    Chiron Technology Services, Inc. currently has a Junior Sourcer career opportunity in the Columbia, MD area. United States Citizenship is required for this position.


    Position Summary

    The Junior Sourcer will source prospective cleared and non-cleared candidates for technical and professional positions for prime contract, sub-contract, commercial and corporate positions.  The Junior Sourcer will work with the Staffing Specialist to develop workforce planning strategies, identify position requirements and clarify recruitment needs and priorities in order to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future company needs.



    Experience, Education and Knowledge

    • Some college with equivalent additional experience
      • 2 years of experience with sourcing and/or recruiting
    • Knowledge of and experience with sourcing strategies such as internet searches, cold-calling, use of social media and networking
    • Prior experience sourcing cleared, and technical candidates preferred


    Skills and Abilities

    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Professional oral and written communication skills
    • Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Suite and Outlook
    • Prior experience with online applicant tracking systems; experience with ICIMS helpful
    • Professional discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information and situations
    • Ability to be self-starting and to work independently
    • Must be proactive, have a sense of urgency, strong work ethic and drive
    • Must be motivated with strong interpersonal skills with excellent candidate management skills
    • Professional demeanor
    • Organizational and time management skills with the ability set priorities and establish and meet deadlines
    • Ability to pay attention to detail
