Overview

Chiron Technology Services, Inc. currently has a Information System Security Officer II opportunity in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. An active TS/SCI w/Polygraph Clearance is required for this position.

 

Capabilities:

  • Support organization, system, or enclave IA programs.
  • Propose, coordinate, implement, and enforce security policies, standards, and methodologies.
  • Establish and maintain operational security posture.
  • Assist with information system security management and day-to-day security operations.
  • Perform vulnerability/risk assessment analysis to support C&A.
  • Provide CM as needed for security software, hardware, and firmware.
  • Manage system changes and assess security impacts.
  • Prepare and review SSPs, Risk Assessment Reports, C&A packages, and SRTMs.
  • Support security authorization activities in compliance with Government standards and the RMF.

Requirements:

  • Fourteen (14) years of experience as a ISSO in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity or ten (10) years and a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
