Chiron Technology Services, Inc. currently has a Network Engineer I opportunity in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. An active TS/SCI w/Polygraph Clearance is required for this position.

Capabilities:

• Support multi-platform, multi-system network solutions.
• Provision and sustain network infrastructures.
• Diagnose network performance shortcomings and design and implement performance improvements.
• Develop, operate, and manage networks in a secure PKI, IPSEC, or VPN enabled environment.
• Implement routing protocols, QOS, traffic shaping and policing on the network.
• Research and recommend advanced technologies such as software defined networking and infrastructure as code.

Requirements:

• Twelve (12) years of experience as a NE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity or seven (7) years and a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
