- Provide support to both Red/Blue cells by developing solutions for conducting network exploitation operations and designing cyber mission networks for use in exercise/trainings
- Collaborate with management staff to determine the organizations’ networking needs
- Oversee the network implementation process
- Ensure that all network systems are functioning properly and that the network infrastructure is optimized
- Plan, design, and evaluate networks
- Support acquisition of software and hardware to obtain enterprise level sophistication within respective cyber environments
- Demonstrate experience planning for new initiatives and expanding the existing network architecture to meet special requirements
- Demonstrate experience documenting solutions/blueprints for any-network related schemas and cyber operation tools that are developed
- Expertise in designing, modelling, securing networks, and documenting discoveries
- Demonstrate experience troubleshooting of network issues and recommendation of network modifications to optimize performance while adhering to all relevant security policies
- Ability to work non-standard hours.

Experience:
7+ years of continuous work experience as responsible network architect/engineer in a Network Operation Center (NOC) or Cyber Operations
Education:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
